Jewish Prayer Pal is a web app designed to help you learn Jewish prayers. Our goal is to help you start participating in Jewish prayer services with confidence as quickly as possible.
We provide a recommended learning path that guides you through the prayers in the most effective order. We also provide audio recordings of the prayers, so you can listen and learn the melodies.

Who We Are
Cantor Martin Goldstein
Cantor Martin Goldstein is a seventh-generation chazzan with over 40 years of experience as a cantor, educator, and performer. He began his cantorial training at the age of six under the mentorship of his father, Cantor Jacob Goldstein, and continued his studies with legendary cantors Moshe Ganchoff and Leibele Waldman. Throughout his career, he has served in multiple congregations, including Temple Beth Chai in Hauppauge, New York, and the Hebrew Educational Alliance (HEA) in Denver, where he was the cantor for 25 years.
A dedicated educator, Cantor Goldstein has trained hundreds of B’nai Mitzvah students and taught subjects such as Kabbalah and Jewish history. He is also a recording artist and concert performer, sharing his passion for Jewish music across the country.
Shayna Goldstein
Shayna Goldstein, daughter of Cantor Martin Goldstein, grew up singing alongside her father and has followed his path in cantorial music. She is dedicated to preserving the traditional melodies she was raised with and sharing them with a wider audience through performance and education. Shayna continues the family’s musical legacy, blending heritage with modern presentation to keep these sacred tunes accessible and meaningful.
Fletcher Graham
Fletcher Graham is a software engineer, artist, and convert to Judaism. Jewish Prayer Pal is a project that came from his need for a straightforward and effective tool for learning Hebrew prayers. His focus is on making Jewish prayer accessible through guided audio and clear design, combining his skills in software development and visual communication.
